Student-Athletes and Parents/Guardians are reminded that PIAA Physicals will be provided next week for the upcoming Fall Sport Season.
Tuesday, June 4th at Solomon Middle School.
Wednesday, June 5th at GAR Middle School.
Thursday, June 6th at WBA High School.
All online forms must be completed to receive a physical on these dates.
If you are going to your own family doctor for your physical, Section 6 is attached. And, can also be found at PIAA.org - Forms- CIPPE Section 6.
